1. Course Transfer
If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may request a transfer to another session of the same course at least 5 days before the start date (subject to availability).
- Requests made less than 5 days prior may incur a 10% administrative fee or be declined.
2. Digital Content Exchange
If you purchased a course that was misdescribed or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side, you may request:
- An exchange for another course of equal value, or A refund as per our Refund Policy.
3. No Physical Exchange
- As our services are entirely digital, there is no exchange or shipping of physical products, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
