1. Eligibility for Refunds
Because our courses are digital products, refunds are limited to specific conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content (or have not started the course).
- Requests made after 7 days or after accessing more than 20% of the course are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for course credit or transfer (see Transfer Policy below).
2. Request Procedure
To request a refund, please email believersacademy.edu@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address used for purchase
- Order Number & Date of Purchase
- Reason for Refund Request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Transaction fees or currency conversion differences may be non-refundable.
4. Cancellations by Believers Edu
If we cancel or significantly modify a course (e.g., indefinite postponement or discontinuation), you will be entitled to a full refund or a free transfer to another course of equal value.
5. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable to:
- Custom or one-on-one sessions once started.
- Downloadable materials after access.
- Registration or admission fees.
- Situations involving change of mind, lack of motivation, or personal device/internet issues.
6. Policy Modification
1. Course Transfer
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you may request a transfer to another session of the same course at least 5 days before the start date (subject to availability).
- Requests made less than 5 days prior may incur a 10% administrative fee or be declined.
